Question 1

Which plan should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Start on Free to try DrawPaw. Its 250 credits a month cover a few AI-drafted slides and let you test every widget. Move to Pro when you're planning lessons with DrawPaw every week.

Question 2

What's included in the free plan?

Accepted Answer

The free plan includes 250 AI credits a month, unlimited lessons and presentations, the drag-and-drop editor, and every math widget. You can sign up without a credit card.

Question 3

What does Pro add?

Accepted Answer

Pro includes 2,500 AI credits a month (ten times the free plan), early access to new features, and priority support. It costs $9.95 a month, or $95.50 a year, which is about 20% less than paying monthly.

Question 4

What are AI credits?

Accepted Answer

Credits pay for the AI's work: drafting slides, rewriting them in chat, generating images, and reading text aloud. Longer lessons and stronger AI models use more credits. Editing slides by hand and presenting use none.

Question 5

What happens if I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

Your allowance renews every month. If you need more before then, buy a one-time pack: 500 credits for $1.99, 1,000 credits for $3.99, 2,000 credits for $7.99. You can keep editing and presenting while you wait.

Question 6

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your account settings, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There's no cancellation fee.

Question 7

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on a monthly or yearly plan. Credit packs are refundable within 14 days if you haven't used any credits from that pack. Read the refund policy.
