Use AI responsibly: Read and check the draft before you teach kids from it.

When you ask for a lesson or a slide, that prompt is sent to an AI model. We use OpenAI and Anthropic. The model drafts equations, tables, and slides from what you specified. Read the draft and edit it before you teach from it.

Limits you should expect

  • A worked solution can be wrong and still look tidy. Check the math before class, especially multi-step algebra and anything you will grade.
  • The models are trained on internet text, so an example or a name can carry a bias you would not put on a slide. Read the wording.
  • The model has your prompt. It does not know who is in the room. Change the examples so they fit your class.
